EXPERIENCE & STYLE GUIDE IMPLEMENTATION
The biggest challenge implementing Zelle® within the Bank of America app was implementing the Zelle Experience & Style Guide agreed to across all partner banks. While the original intent was to present a consistent Zelle® experience across all partner banks, the guide often conflicted with BofA's own style guides and best practices.
By renegotiating and recalibrating some of the initial rules from the Zelle® guides, the BofA app is now presenting a more seemless BofA-styled experience.
UX DELIVERABLE EVOLUTION
Prior to the Zelle Launch project, technology teams required PDF-documentation deliverables. With this project, I seized upon the "must-do" mandate for this project to evolve the accepted UX delivery to become annotated prototypes built in Axure. Acceptance of this project deliverable evolution paved the way for BofA's current atomic-driven DSM delivery in InVision.
